Our full studio timetable brings 21 classes per week from a range of yoga styles and rhythms. There's something for everyone whether you fancy a dynamic practice or just a lovely chill out!
Plus we have an on-demand platform of over 100 pre-recorded class videos.

Studio Classes are £9.50 for 60 mins or £11.50 for 90 mins.

We are following all COVID secure precautions as outlined by Sport England and the Yoga Alliance, more information below. We have a range of classes we hope you will love, and booking is open now!

Light Membership (£15+VAT)

Your membership gains you access to all of our popular yoga flows and calming meditations.

Pregnancy Wellbeing (£12+VAT)

Your pregnancy journey is a very unique, and at times, an emotional period, when self care is particularly important. Taking the time to nourish your mind and body can have huge benefits. This option provides you with access to:
Your membership includes access to:
  • 10 pregnancy-friendly yoga classes (most of which are with Steph who is pregnant at the time of filming).
  • 3 meditative recordings, promoting relaxation and connections with your baby.
  • Information detailing yoga modifications to try during the different stages of your pregnancy.

Safety Measures

As your health and safety is our biggest priority, below we have outlined the measures we have taken in order to welcome you back as safely as possible:
  • Class sizes will be capped in line with the government guidelines. 
  • Payment will be made through our booking system to limit handling of money. 
  • We request that you bring your own mat and props will be limited. If you would like to rent a mat from Jasmine Yoga - to keep during this unusual time - then you can for a small charge.
  • The door to the studio will be closed until 10 minutes before the class so that cleaning can take place. We ask that you don’t arrive too early for classes.
  • Markers on the floor and roof will indicate appropriate places to lay your mat, in relation to the guidelines released for social distancing when exercising.
  • Teachers will not be moving round the room and there will be no hands on adjustments.
  • Props won't be offered, but you're invited to bring your own support/blanket/block for your own use.
  • Hand sanitiser is available to use throughout the studio.
  • We have replaced hand towels with disposable paper towels.
  • Windows and doors will be left open as much as possible to air the room.
  • Classes will be more spaced out to limit congestion, reduce the amount of people you come into contact with while at the studio, and allow time for rigorous cleaning between classes:
  • All surfaces will be cleaned.
  • All door handles will be sanitised.
  • The floor will be regularly washed.
  • Finally, we ask that if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 or you are feeling unwell, that you cancel at least 4 hours before the start of class (to obtain a refund).

Attended my first class this morning, it was fab.
