Perhaps now more than ever, many of us are recognising the importance of living a healthy lifestyle, with an enriching work life balance to foster calm confidence, mental wellbeing and productivity.

At Jasmine Yoga, our studio has breathtaking views across the Tynemouth Haven beach and Bay. In addition to a daily range of public classes we also provide Bespoke Wellbeing Events for organisations that are invested in their team’s wellbeing.

What We Offer:

We can be flexible to your needs, whether it's a weekly mindfulness class or an extended wellbeing event, we'll work with you to build a programme that's right for your employees.

Each session can be adapted to meet your specific wants and needs; it’s an opportunity to take some time away from the workplace, to invest in each other and enjoy the nurturing experience we offer.

  • An introduction and gentle stretch, building energy and a sense of presence…. Coming into the moment.
  • A mindfulness session, which may include breathing techniques for calm and balance, visualisation or body scan relaxation.
  • We love to bake homemade treats, so allow us to take care of you with a cake and beverage of your choice.

About Jo

Jo left a demanding University career in 2014 to follow her aspirations in pursuit of a more balanced and enriching lifestyle teaching yoga and wellbeing.

Since then Jo’s put her energies into establishing and developing Jasmine Yoga, which has attracted thousands of customers with its emphasis on finding space in the body, a calmness in the mind and a self-acceptance for ‘what is’ in a modern world of constant doing and striving! With the backdrop of the sea, the classes and wellbeing events at Jasmine Yoga offer a secret gem of tranquility, a true haven to switch off the phones and to regain some equilibrium.

Jo is trained in Adult Yoga, Pre & Post Natal Yoga and Advanced Yin Yoga training.

About Steph

Steph worked in education for over 12 years, teaching English Language and Literature to 11 year olds through to 18 year olds at A Level

She held a leadership role at one of the North East's largest schools, however pastoral support has always been very close to her heart so she has qualifications in Counselling, Speech & Language and Mindfulness.

Steph is trained in Adult Yoga, Children's Yoga, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga and Baby Yoga.
