The Peaceful Place with Live Harpist

Join Steph and Alys for a spectacularly, magical evening of relaxation to the sound of the harp. We’ll be welcoming Alys to the Jasmine studio.

Originally from Wales, she is a recent graduate from Newcastle University having achieved a Master of Music in 2021, specialising in harp performance. She has since then been living and working in Newcastle, playing at weddings, functions and also as part of various different orchestras in the North East.

Alys will serenade you with classical and Welsh music as we ease tension from the body and pause in the moment, finding a presence and simply enjoying this very special experience. You will have absolute agency over the postures you choose to relax in, provided with individual suggestions so that your enjoyment and comfort is paramount.

A very peaceful and relaxing and to your week and beginning to December. Join Steph for a beautiful hour which will include some very gentle mat-based stretches before she takes you through a deeply relaxing meditation. Yoga Nidra is known as yogic sleep and is used to balance the mind, body and self.

You’ll float home.

This class is beginner friendly and suitable for those who haven’t experienced a yoga class before, as well as seasoned yogis.
