For the past seven years, Jasmine Yoga has been offering beautiful yoga retreats in the picturesque Lake District.
What to Expect
Daily Yoga, Relaxation and Mindfulness Sessions
We have a beautiful private yoga room & typically you can expect to choose from 5 sessions a day —2 morning yoga classes, lunchtime breathwork/journalling, an afternoon restore & bedtime relaxation (sound bath included).
The sessions can all be adapted depending on your needs. Everything is optional, you can have a full day of yoga, movement and meditation or just dip in occasionally.
Comfortable & Luxurious Accommodation
The hotel offers high quality bedrooms. You have the option of a double/twin room or a single room. All come with en-suite facilities. The hotel has many relaxation areas such as a conservatory, outside seated area and a cosy bar.
You can enjoy a delicious continental buffet & hot breakfast and fine dining three course meal each evening.
Stunning Spa & Local Amenities
Enjoy a swim in the pool or lounge in the sauna, steam room or Jacuzzi. The hotel offers many lovely treatments such as facials and massages, alongside a fully equipped gym.
If you're feeling adventurous you can join us for a dip in Windermere, or perhaps take a boat trip from outside the hotel to neighbouring villages & enjoy a spot of sightseeing.
Timings
Our weekend runs from Friday to Monday, we have our welcome session at 4pm on the Friday, however you’re welcome to arrive early and explore the area, and departure is either lunchtime on the Sunday if you’re joining for 2 nights, or the Monday if you’re staying for 3 nights.
A Typical Day on Our Retreat

Everything is optional. Some guests like to join every session, while others prefer just one a day.
7am: Sunrise Flow (and/or Lake Dip!)
8am: Breakfast (at your own leisure)
10am: Morning Yoga
12pm: Journalling or Somatic Breathwork
Lunch
Afternoon: Mindful walk, philosophy
2pm: Extended Relaxing / Restorative Yoga
6pm: Dinner (as a group)
9pm: Bedtime Meditation or Sound Bath

2 nights includes all yoga/activities, bed, breakfast & dinner.
Double or Twin: £525 per person.
Single Room: £625 per person.
3 nights includes all yoga/activities, bed, breakfast & dinner.
Double or Twin: £660 per person.
Single Room: £795 per person.
*Not included lunch, evening drinks, spa massage, travel to the hotel

Before making this financial commitment, we urge you to try our classes if possible, so you can decide if our style is a good fit for you.
If you’re ready to book simply pay your deposit on the timetable below, the final balance will be due 8-12 weeks before the retreat.
How to Book
If you’d like to join us, please email with the type of room you’d like: Double Sharing or your Own Single Room; and whether you’re staying 2 nights (Fri & Sat night) or all 3 nights.
And then pay your deposit using the schedule below. The deposit payment of £150 is the same regardless of duration or room type.
