Yoga Nidra

A very peaceful and relaxing and to your week and beginning to December. Join Steph for a beautiful hour which will include some very gentle mat-based stretches before she takes you through a deeply relaxing meditation. Yoga Nidra is known as yogic sleep and is used to balance the mind, body and self.

You’ll float home.

This class is beginner friendly and suitable for those who haven’t experienced a yoga class before, as well as seasoned yogis.
