I'm not sure I can express my love for Jasmine Yoga in a brief review, but I’ll try! Jo is the most wonderful teacher, she instils confidence and strength in to you, which you are then able to apply to your practice. After each class I feel strong, confident and empowered, and I see improvements each week. I started as a compete novice and I now feel like my practice has grown so much and my mind so much calmer.

My flexibility wasn't good with years of football and I was a bit reluctant in attending in case I couldn't fit in. However we have made lots of friends and Jo has always helped me and I'm delighted with how all the knots and tightness has gone. I particularly like the Yin classes which are also a great way to help ease work related stresses. I'd recommend Jasmine Yoga to any men who want to become more flexible and less stressed.

Jasmine Yoga was an indispensable part of my pregnancy journey. . Having never practiced yoga before, Steph made the sessions welcoming and offered reassurance and support to adjust the poses to what was right for me. I benefited physically and mentally from attending classes. Thoroughly recommend Jasmine Yoga, their venue creates a beautiful environment for relaxing yoga to the sound of waves.

It is hugely important to me, and has been instrumental in helping to improve my well-being and perspective. Jo, Steph and the team offer a wonderful range of classes to nourish your mind and body set against the backdrop and sound of the sea. All the teachers are very knowledgeable and skilfully interweave the philosophy of yoga into the physical practice, creating a mindful and peaceful space. Been a regular for years. Love it all. The passion and knowledge of the teachers who are inspirational, the venue which is beautiful in itself through summer and winter and the wonderful people whom I have been fortunate to meet through classes. The wide range of class times and styles make this my favourite business to recommend to friends.

I have been to Jasmine Yoga multiple times now :) The classes are awesome, and all the lovely instructors make you feel so welcome and comfortable. The views and sound of the sea are incredible and you can tell all the classes are so thought out and unique 10/10 would recommend! X
