Specialising in Children’s Yoga & Mindfulness for SEN & Neurodiversity
Specialist Yoga Support for SEND and Neurodivergent Children
Yoga can be a powerful holistic tool for helping children ground into their bodies, reconnect with their breath, and develop a greater sense of safety, awareness, and self-regulation.
Through mindful movement, breathwork and embodied practice, yoga supports the nervous system in shifting out of stress responses and into a more balanced and regulated state. This embodied approach can be especially valuable within specialist therapeutic or support work, as it encourages children of all ages to build body awareness, emotional resilience and a deeper connection to themselves in a gentle and accessible way. By integrating yoga alongside specialist interventions, practitioners can offer a more whole person approach that supports physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.
We work with specialist provisions, SEND Department and charities that support children.
